I went in for a diagnosis and got a very clear explanation of what was wrong and further measured that needed to be taken. I would recommend this shop for your automotive needs as they are honest and reasonable.

Repair done: Oil valve cover leak and filter house leak. Customer service was great, repair was fast. 5 minutes into driving my car after pick up the turbo hose popped, leading to my car slowing down on a busy freeway and screeching/scrapping sound from my car when I tried to speed up. Spent 2 hours of my night waiting for tow, bring it back to the shop, and having to drive my fiancé's car back home. I live 30 minutes away from the shop, but my parents recommended this shop. Initially I was very pleased with the service but picking up my car again and even today I am very anxious to drive it. I was told they were keeping it an extra day just to to test it. Then when they reattached the turbo tube hose the tech told me they test drove it again. Had to keep myself from saying thank you but to be fair you said this last time. I nearly got in an accident because of this and thank god nothing worse happened. I was not really happy with the $100 credit to the shop because like I said I live 30 minutes away and really was not planning to come back. I appreciated the gesture but this experience does not really make me want to go back. Never got an actual "I am sorry you had to go through

We’ve had a few issues with our vehicle and Dan is fast to diagnose and repair. Prices seem more than fair and the customer service is through the roof. Bravo.

06 civic I ran the brakes until they were gone, my car isn't easy to work on as it's rusted to hell, but they got me back within a couple hours right before Christmas on very short notice, didn't overcharge or anything. 10/10. Dan R. was knowledgeable and didn't even give me shit even though he was well within reason to. Will definitely return in a few years once my pads are gone, granted I survive that experience again. -calvin

I would have to say Dan at Repair Rite Automotive is outstanding. My family and I broke down just next door while on a family trip, I had no tools, no rental cars available and the garage right beside him, Honest Auto Care was less than helpful! Dan was able to help me find enough parts to get my family trip going again, and did so very economically, he's the Honest one. Dan, I would really like to thank you for everything and how pleasant and honest you are. I wish more people and businesses would operate like you.
